Default eBay Selling - Combined Shipping

I'm not new to eBay selling, but my business has increased recently. I'm finding that the overwhelming majority of buyers, when purchasing more than one card, don't read the complete description about combined shipping costs that I offer, and just go ahead with their purchase and pay multiple $2.50 shipping costs. It's crazy that people keep doing this over and over. Who buys 5 cards and pays $12.50 for shipping!?

So, my question is...How do I set-up my listings to have the combined shipping rates built in? eBay doesn't make this easy to figure out. All I was able to find was a promotional shipping choice and it still doesn't do what I want.

Refunding people is what I've been doing, but eBay still takes their chunk of the shipping cost fees based on the final sale.

Need help!

Edited to add; My help is needed to learn how edit my listings so the combined shipping is automatically calculated.
