Default Cracker Jack Pins

Can someone give me a little background on these small pins? I found these at my in-laws house and I believe they are from the 1930s.

Mike they are from the 30s And believed to be a cracker jack prize issue. A very simple line drawing but be very careful NOT to wipe these down with a wet cloth as the ink is water soluble and you will see the picture wipe away...Complete set is 25 players. Gehrig being the biggest...
