Default Pinhole question

I normally don't buy cards with holes but nonetheless this Ruth has one. So which grading Company would I have the stronger chance of obtaining a 2 or 2.5. Aside from the hole there is nothing wrong with card. No creases and one minor corner wrinkle. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1368844903.827870.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1368844929.171465.jpg

SGC will give it a 10 poor almost automatically. That's what happened to a very nice Rip Collins E121 I had.

Default 2?

I don't see how you can get a "2" with a pinhole. It's a Fair by most any standards, which equates to a 1.5 or SGC 20.

Real nice card! I wouldnt mind a pin hole in this card at all. As far as grading, u can take a shot at it, why not. If you get a 1 dont be too upset. I my self buy on how the card looks to me not on the grade.

I would be worried more that the card was authentic than I would the pinhole.

Use PSA if you want a BS grade to resell. Use SGC if your keeping it and want accuracy on a consistent basis

Default Bccg

If you are only concerned with a numerical assessment, my recommendation is BCCG. They start their grading scale out at 5, so you never know, you might be able to squeeze out a 6.

If you are looking for a TRUE assessment of the condition regardless of number, you can't go wrong with SGC.

I'd go with SGC. Even if you only get a 20, if you ever look to re-sell, advanced collectors are going to look at the card, not the grade. Then the fact that it is graded will give potential buyers the reassurance that it is authentic.

Thanks everyone for your input. No doubt that this one is authentic and unaltered but wanted to see which Company has the best chance of getting in 2 range. Guess the answer is neither.
