Default Photo Help

I'm definitely out of my depth attempting to guess an era on old baseball photos, so if anybody can give me an idea of the year this photo was taken and who they likely are (I assume some sort of town team) I'd appreciate it. Any info would be great!

Going by the uniform (puttees, breeches and light colored shirt), I would put this picture in the 1928-1935 period but not much later than that.
