Does Anyone Know What This Card Is?
Can anyone help with an ID on this issue? An approx. value would help too.

This card is from the 1948(9) R346 Blue Tint set... possibly a $5-10 card. This card appears to be a variation, printed in b/w versus the "blue tint" of the rest of the set. A similar 1950 R423 card of Mapes is a BIN on ebay for $8.
