Default Authentication Help Please

Attached are pictures of a Mordecai Brown ball and a Christy Mathewson cut that someone wants to trade to me. I would be grateful for any opinions regarding their authenticity. Your opinions are appreciated!!!

That Mathewson is just wretched.

The lines are thick and uniform like the pen never changed speed...it looks unnatural. Plus it looks like there are lines underneath the ink. Like someone traced over them with a thicker pen.

That cut was done by a bozo amateur, that's for sure.

The top is "3 finger Brown"...but as to it authenticity im guessing no.

I would give the guy a 1 finger brown.

As soon as I read "CUT", I had my answer but then I looked at the Autograph and, wow, they are both worse than I thought. THESE are what you call no brainers so the guy offering them to you has nary a brain. I hope that helps?
