Default Sgc/jsa

I'm looking to send cards in to SGC/JSA to get certified, is the only way to do this now is to send it to beckett? I would like the SGC slab for looks, but I don't see anything on the site to submit to SGC

SGC quit doing that a while back. It's Beckett/JSA now.

Yeah saw Beckett was partnered up, I'll message Paul. He did a cross-over from PSA to SGC/JSA and slabbed JSA.

Go to the SGC submission form and there is a section for autographed cards. It costs $20 each.

probably a little different with prewar sigs (more expensive). will need a full authentication letter from JSA and sgc will charge another fee on top of what they feel is appropriate.

i was quoted $30 for a hornsby 4x6 photo just from SGC alone.

Yea a lot more expensive. My autograph would cost $150 to be reviewed, and slabbed. But yes, I just wanted it slabbed. I'm going to go through PSA card, not PSA/DNA. I can get it slabbed with my autograph being certified, and significantly cheaper. Saving around $100 or so going PSA Card route

Where did you mail it and submission form? I want the sgc slab, not going to get a card grade, like the look. But don't wanna pay $200 like I would JSA/BGS

Yeah, it's pretty easy. Just tell SGC you want the autograph to be authenticated, and you want the card to be either graded or authenticated as well. The two offices are literally across the street from each other (JSA and SGC) in Parsippanny, NJ.

This is a joke, JSA wants me to spend around $200 to have them even look at my card.

Well I submitted it to PSA/DNA, at least they're cheap. I just want it to get in a holder, that's pretty much it. But they were unable to render an opinion, so I'm getting a refund in the form of a voucher. The only problem is, I never submit any items.

Default PSA error

Ok, it was an error on PSA's end. Card did get certified as authentic now. I submitted through PSA card and not PSA/DNA. Why? Because I only had to pay $20 to get Foxx certified. If I had gone the PSA/DNA route, Foxx alone would have cost $75, and encapsulation fees extra etc.

So, glad to get this done with. Wasn't worried in regards to the authenticity. Just wanted the protection of a holder. Would like to give Jim and Richard a shout out again for their help. Will post pics in slab upon receipt.

A voucher,, wow! How generous of them. How about a refund check?
Guess with their earnings down so much they need to keep your money.
Most companies in this country give a refund when a service is not performed or a product is defective. I guess they would rather have an unhappy customer then to give you your money back.
PSA likes to operate by their own rules.

No they mis-read my submission form, so it ended up getting certified
