Default Stack of photos I received.

At first when handed these I thought “wire photographs” But they are not those I believe. What do I have? At least one looks like a copy of a photo. Boxing, football, and baseball. All are cool at least.

Any info is appreciated. I’m mostly a baseball card guy but like things like this too.

Regards

Jon

The ones with names on them are from various 1940s-1950s photo issues and picture packs.

The ones with the addresses are either Fan Fotos or Sport Pix from the 1960s-1970s: I can't really tell from the images (can't read the legends). They were a mail order collectors' issue

The Cassius Clay/Muhammad Ali in the top row looks like it is from a press kit for one of his fights.

The Paige might be a team issued photo or a later collector piece.

Hard to say more w/o the photos in hand.

Very much appreciated. I can get some better pics tonight. Some of the boxing have “Madison Square Gardens” on the back.

It appears that you have an assortment of photos of different kinds and sources that might come from the collection of a sports writer, editor or such. I see a couple of movie stills from movie studios, and I see two wirephotos.

An interesting collection.
