Default Autograph on bat

Hello All

I just received an autographed bat from a relative. (pictures attached) He was cleaning out his basement. I have no clue who name is on the bat.

I would appreciate any help figuring this out. My guess is the bat has been in his basement at least 10 years.

Thanks

Tom
