I just wanted to share my recently completed E102 set - all graded in SGC!

Because some of you helped me finish this set I wanted to share my joy with the board! It feels pretty darn good.

Andrew, Congratulations! There are some really tough cards in the E102 set so finding those last three or so cards is quite an accomplishment.

I bought 21 of the cards in a large lot of 60 cards in May 2005.

That's what got me started. David Levin sold me the last two in the beginning of January 2006.

For those who looked at the pics on my personal web site earlier -- the scans have been updated and are much clearer now. The cards look much better.

Since my social skills are pratically nonexistent, as is my knowledge of proper protocol....lol, I thought I'd take a chance and ask the following question.

I wondered, since you've put the set together so recently (starting in May '05, as I read it), would you be willing to share the approximate aggregate cost of your task?

If this question is out of line, I apologize in advance.

I was just looking to get a general gauge as to the resources needed to accomplish this great achievement.

Thanks.

Bob

Glad I could help you finish, I was probably the first to know your set would be complete once I decided you would get those last two cards.
Its very nice to see the whole set, I always like it when I can get someone their last card on a wantlist. Great presentation.

congrats

Tremendous achievement......and, it's substantial Threads like this one that
makes this Forum great.

I wish you lots of luck on your new "hunt"....E90-1 set. The cards you showed
us on my E90-1 Thread were really sharp and a good start.
