Why is that on baberuthcards.net lists the W551 as a 1923 but this SGC card has it as a 1921? Which one is correct? Anyways is that a crease or a tear? Thanks.

No creases...it's a tear that has been glued together. I believe the correct date is 1921, but I don't have any supporting argument against a 1923 print date.
