1931 Notre Dame Calendar

it's about 17 by 23 inches.I'm not sure what I'm looking for on this one. It has some damage throughout including discoloration, small tearing and a hole toward the bottom. I am aware what the nicer ones have sold for so i'm not looking for anything crazy on it. Looking for any offers to consider-please add for shipping as well. thanks!
