Default Who is the Ultimate PCL Authority

Can someone please direct me to the person or persons who is the Ultimate PCL go to guy. I am looking for a couple Signal Gas cards from '47 and '48. I know some don't like to be bothered with lesser cards but any help would be appreciated. The player I am looking for is Al Unser and he was with the Hollywood Stars. These are the only two cards of his that I am aware of. I believe one of the cards has an actual photograph and the other is a caricature drawing.
thank you in advance...

I don't believe I've ever seen a 1948 Signal Oil card of Al Unser. The '48 set only features Oakland Oaks, by the way. I did see an interesting Al Unser item on eBay. Type in "al under 3x5". It's a standard 3x5 notecard with his autograph, but it looks very old, and someone has affixed and an photo of Al to the card ...
