Default RIP Malcolm Young

He passed yesterday at 64 and had been battling dementia. AC/DC is by far my favorite band and seeing them in Amsterdam was by far my favorite concert.

I was on-stage security for them in 1979 while on boot camp leave in Houston. Bon Scott introduced himself to me behind the stage. I was 17 yrs old and it was a blast. Great band and I was sorry to hear of this loss. RIP Malcolm...

Here's some 'Thunderstruck' in Malcom's honor:

I love this song!

Saw them in Ft. Wayne IN 1979 with Scorpions opening and Nugent headlining. Shared his birthday, January 6.

Wow! I didn't know you guys are that cool!
I grew up an AC/DC fanatic and am totally a Bon Scott fan.
I was obsessed with Angus and how awesome he used to be.
As with everything else, I like the vintage!
And Leon! How cool was that?

Huge AC/DC fan. Saw them on the For Those About to Rock tour in 1984?

Remember reading an article where Malcolm said he and Angus could almost read each other's minds on the rhythm / lead guitar parts. Phenomenal duo on the guitar, maybe the best ever among hard rock bands.

Someone quoted Whole Lotta Rosie. Go back and listen to the guitars in that song. And turn it up. Wow!

RIP Malcolm.
