I don’t have any Canadian cards, though my maternal grandfather was born in Montreal. When my mom and her siblings were growing up, he would swear in French because he didn’t want the kids to know. They knew, because somebody who just hammered his thumb wasn’t praising Jesus.

......1936 Goudey "Wide Pens" Premiums extended into 1937 and put out 39 Canadian players ( and included 11 Detroit Tigers......Canada adopted Detroit Tigers as part of Canada ? )....in the big book they're known as R-314 Type 5..
