Default Another Wagner RPPC. Date/Location help.

I know you guys love these threads, but can anyone help with time and place on this rppc? Looks to be spring training, 30's or early 40's. Can anyone get closer than that? Thanks in advance.

Jersey style would be 1933-1937 according to Okkonen's book. (Which I just found)
