In the Koufax/Brady private signings” thread, Doug Goodman posted a personalized note to him from Sandy Koufax “To Doug, Best Wishes, Sandy Koufax.” I thought it would be cool to see what other personalized stuff NET54 members may have also in their collections. Here are two I received from Juan Gonzalez. Looking forward to see what you all have.

At one time I had the most complete autographed 1933 Goudey set there was. I managed to get a few in person but Billy Herman was the only one that I got a photo with. My dad then mailed the photo to him and had him add "#1 Fan". This is from 1988.billy herman.jpg

As a Captain, MG Raaen commanded one of the Ranger companies that landed in the first wave at Omaha Beach. Another member here was able to put us in touch and he signed and inscribed a copy of his memoir for me. He's still alive at 102, and in good shape from an interview he did a few months ago.



In their later years, John and Annie Glenn lived in the same apartment building in Columbus, Ohio, as my grandparents. John Glenn signed this for my dad, who later gave it to me.

I only have a few and this is my favorite personalized one. My memory is horrible so I can't remember who it was. A wonderful fellow Net54 member was kind enough to get this awesome rare parody card signed for me by Bill Ripken.
