Is this something new from PWCC? (Upper right part of ad) Maybe it's been there for a while but I never noticed it before.

Some listings have it and some don't? What does this mean? If you purchase a non verified card even though it is slabbed, there is a possibility it isn't?

Looks like an e-bay thing. Million dollar question; whom are the "experts" at e-bay verifying the authenticity? Or is this just a form of insurance.

I don't really see what you are talking about but I would believe PWCC over ebay concerning authenticity.

only certain sellers can join the program and have the option of adding it to their auctions. personally to me it means nothing on a slabbed card sale. it was originally created to thwart people buying knockoff hand bags and other frequently counterfeited items notably from china. volume or trusted sellers were selected to join once they show they sell legitimate products and have a good reputation. for slabbed cards by a reputable company like PSA or BGS, means nothing.
