Default 1967 Topps Uecker

Why does Bob look like he stayed in a tanning bed too long in this one card?

The printer left the red ink port open too wide in the printing process creating the illusion of a sunburnt face on Uecker.

If you look closely at several different copies of the same card for '67 - slight color variations are common. Maybe not as extreme as the sunburnt Uecker. I've had several different copies of the #150 Mantle and in most of them the color looks a bit washed out and faded. It doesn't take off on the grade; there are PSA 8's like that. But recently I found a 5.5 that has a bit bolder color.

Spelling "Yastrzemski" correctly without needing to look it up since the 1980s.
