With no disrespect intended to Mort Cooper, Musial hitting a homer in the game is the selling point of that scorecard...

C'mon man. There are thousands of Musial autos for every Mort Cooper auto

There's a date next to Mort Cooper of 7/21/1946, but it looks like the scoring is from the day before when Musial hit the home run.
Yeah, with Mort Cooper dying in 1958 and the amount of autographs Musial signed, it may be a ratio 10,000 to 1.

First - I made no reference to a Musial autograph, I made reference to his home run in the game.

Second - I'm not an autograph guy, so maybe I should have been more specific that "for me" the selling point is the Musial scored homer, or maybe even the 13th career appearance for Warren Spahn.

Musial did not hit a home run on July 20, he went 0-3. The scorecard is scored for game 1 of the July 21 DH with his third inning home run (the 45th of his career) being one of his 5 hits day.

Wasn't arguing, just adding to the conversation about Mort Cooper being a pretty rare autograph.
You're totally right about the date. I looked up that date and it showed the 2nd game of the doubleheader and I saw it was the game before on the scorecard. Didn't realize it was the first of a double header. Interesting point about Warren Spahn as well.
