Default T202 Hassan black and red backs question

Here is a question for the T202 experts: are all of the 132 T202 cards available in both black and red printing on the back? Also, is black printing more available than the red?

I am not a T202 collector per se, but I am interested in them, as I strictly collect the end panels and have been wondering about the back color availability on them for some time.

Thanks in advance,

Brian

There was a really informative thread, or a least post from a thread from a few years ago. I've been searching but can't find.. pretty tough to narrow search down, since it seems all individual words (T202, back, black, red, 649, etc) entered yield their own results.

Anyway, I think it was Lee Behrens who'd done a pretty intensive research on backs and posted results.

The summary-
Black 649 is most common
Red 30 is a little less common
Black 30 is pretty tough.. I think it contituted like 1% or even less of a pretty large sample size.

I'll post a link if I can find it.

Found 'em, via the google search method. Sounds like all fronts can be found with either red or black, but not all with Black factor 30 backs.

Default A big Net54 thanks to...

Thanks Ian...I was having a tough time locating the info. It sounds like it is about 2 to 1 black to red ratio (or perhaps a little greater). And also it is conceivable that each T202 card (and by extension, each end panel) can be found with both color printing on back. Since there are no factory designations on the end panels, the whole question about factory 30 or 649 does not come into play.

Thanks again for the legwork...and always glad to offer a little armwork in return.

Brian

Through my off and on research I was able to track all the black 649s, all but (3) red 30s, and less than half of the black 30s. really couldn't tell you if it is possible to get all the cards in black factory 30 backs, I have a feeling though that if any of the matty/Devlins have black 30s it will be one or the other but not both, since the print run seems so short.

I have 8 that I have owned for years. Today was the first time in ages that I have looked at them. 4 black 649's, 4 red 30's....
