Default Carl Yastrzemski "Card" Identification Help

Hi-
I recently acquired the Yaz piece scanned below and I was wondering if it is from a catalogued set? What year was it made? How was it issued? It is blank backed and on thin stock. Thanks in advance for any help.
Thanks in advance,

I haven't seen that one before, but it looks similar to a lot of the team issued stuff from roughly mid 70's-mid 80's. Most of those had backgrounds to the photo.

I lived near Boston for a part of that time, and I'm still unclear on how they were issued. I think you had to write to the team for autographs or something like that. They weren't for sale outside the park in 74 or 76-83. And the card isn't from 1975. They had red hats then(And if I recall it right, no team set like that, but one supposedly issued through McDonalds)

what size is it? Is it bigger than a postcard, Im thinking the cool White Sox baby pic is a postcard??

PS.
also do the corners look perfectly square and edges machine cut? and if you measure it is the size an even number, ie 4" by 6.5" just asking because its designed so close to the image Im thinking its cut down from something larger... but Ive never seen it before either, so just guessing.
