Default Help with identifying this set

Just wondering if anyone can help me identifying this set of NHL pins.I would like to know
what year they are and how they were obtained. It was at least back when there was only
26 teams.I am thinking around 1997.But not positive.I do think that the pins are very neat
looking with the design of the hockey stick and puck with team name. PLMK if you can help.
I have checked google and eBay and have not found another set that has the same design.
I did not find a single pin like it. Lot of pins and even sets but none with the design like this one.
Thanks in advance.

1997-98 would be correct, based on the logos, alphabetical placement, or entire absence of certain teams,
notably Sabres, Hurricanes, (Mighty) Ducks, Predators, and Thrashers.

I was given a similar set from dad years ago. He got it when he owned a hockey store while I was playing competitively as a kid. The pins are different but the board they are attached to is similar. Mine is under glass in a black frame. The back has a sticker detailing where it came from so maybe it will help.

Edit: Pictures are not coming across very well. Label says, “Officially Licensed Product by All Canadian Emblem Corporation”

Mine does not have that label on the back. But I did send the All Canadian Emblem Corporation an email to see if this is one of their products. Thanks a lot for the information.
