I contend that Off-centered is a type of centered, just like in the context of being out of shape, round is still a shape.

Who are you going to believe? Some unknown dealer? Or PSA?

It is about a 30/70 split, side to side. Or is it top to bottom on a horizontal card? That said, it is very well centered for a Milton Bradley.
