Default Please help ID this issue



They look like some others from the Twenties but I can't seem to find anything on them. Any help would be appreciated.

Default Stamps

These may be 1909-1910 German Baseball Stamps. if you look at the checklist, #'s 37 through 42 are generic position players, similar to yours.

(Sorry, lately I have had trouble uploading large scans to this website.) Look on page 177 of the 2011 Standard Catalog.

That seems about right; I guess there are more like 15 than 6, though. Thanks. I will have a look at my own Standard Catalog later.

My initial reaction too was they look like the German baseball stamps. I don’t know much about that issue, but these look like others I have seen
