1998 Michigan football team signed ball - Tom Brady. Help with Value?
Hey guys,
Back in the late nineties my youngest brother would collect autographs of Michigan football players. I used to tease him about it because I thought these things wouldn't be worth squat. My primary focus of collecting has been pre-WW1 football memorabilia for 30+ years. I never paid much attention to sharpie signed sports stuff. Anyways, we were cleaning out his closet this past weekend and found this team-signed football of the 1998 Michigan football team, to include Tom Brady. I have no clue what something like this could be worth. My guess is around $800. What do you guys think? Whatever it's worth I'm probably eating crow for dinner next weekend. |

I know a team signed Michigan Jersey from same era with Brady went for $300 a while back, not sure about appreciation, but I would not think the value would have doubled. Plus a signed Jersey usually displays nicer than a football.

Thanks for digging that auction up. That jersey probably is an equal comparison.
