Default Topps Gallery Of Champions..

...1984 to 1991. Boxed sets, initially in silver and bronze, expanded in 1986 to aluminum. Replicas of star cards from each year. In each year there was also a pewter premium of one of the players in the set. I have the run. It is a sickness

Al.

I can't fathom what your Topps collection looks like.

Knowing that you stoop to this level (& yes, growing up in the mid-80s, I loved these issues, too), it would be a fun afternoon leafing through your stuff.

Your sickness is admired.

Aaron

I only have the aluminum sets from '87-91. The other interesting semi-related ones were the bronze replicas(usually of notable older cards) that were given to dealers with cases of the Topps Traded sets.
