Default Help Id'ing a Boxing Cabinet Card (Another one)

Ok - you guys were great last time but I think this one is harder - I vaguely recognize this guy but can't id him. Any help would be appreciated (the Cabinet Card has an Ithaca, N.Y. back mark).

Thanks!! Tom

I would look at the T220 cards and look at boxers from the 1870s - I am thinking it could be English - good luck
