Best case scenario is that it is traced-over authentic autographs, on a poor choice of a ball.

Depending on what exactly its signed on could actually create a "look" like a trace over when in fact its not , if it indeed a PLANET as it appears in the photo the shipping costs could be astronomical !!!!!

REA doesn't even know what kind of ball it is, nor is there any mention in the description that some.signatures have been traced over, rather poorly.

But it does have a JSA letter so everything is alright.
