Default Show us your Nap Rucker stuff

I know there will be plenty of cards (please, someone show a Boston Garter), so I'll start with non-card stuff.

The first photo shows Nap talking with members of the Atlanta Crackers. The second is a cool one I found on ebay for ten bucks - it has a June,1919 stamp.

Default George Napoleon "Nap" Rucker

The son of a Confederate soldier, he once said....""You can get a good night's rest in Brooklyn. You meet more real human beings in Brooklyn. Your life is safer in Brooklyn."
......while comparing Brooklyn with New York City.

The New York Giants hired Nap Rucker as a scout in 1939. In 1940, he recruited his nephew, Johnny Rucker, who was the centerfielder for the New York Giants (1940-1946).

TED Z
Ted, I have a page of Rucker's notes on a prospect, from when he was a scout. I'll get it scanned this week and post here. Meanwhile, here's an autographed index card I still have:

Rob,

The card is from the 1915 W-Unc. Here are other cards from the set. The Lobert may be from another set:

I don't believe the Lobert is from another set. Although it is cropped differently, if you measure it very carefully, you will see it's the same size as the other 1915 W-Uncs. I had around 8 of them, of both types of cropping, and they were/are all the same size...within a millimeter or two...They only look larger because of the cropping difference.
