Lol....thats correct I remember that stuff ! Also tracked down this about PSA

The PSA test measures the level of PSA in the blood.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved the use of the PSA test along with a digital rectal exam ).Doctors’ recommendations for PSA screening vary. The PSA test for screening has limitations and is still controversial. Researchers are studying ways to validate and improve the PSA test and to find other ways of detecting prostate cancer early

I think they charge extra for the "Digital rectal exams" but its probably worth it ....always nice to see a business expand into other fields

I am sorry if I am out of the "loop" but what was I recommended for ? I have always done autograph opinions for free, to my customers. But I think maybe because its free the perception is that it has no value. If I charged $200.00 a whack it would be the "Super Duper" opinion ! which would be the same as the free opinion. Shucks ! I wish I was in this for the money

Jim, you were listed in a prior thread as one of the best when it comes to authenticating autographs. Would just like to get your opinion which company is the most reputable? Was looking at PAAS just because of pricing. Didn't know their reputation. Thanks

In answer to your question, For formal sports authentication I would recommend Richard Simon.
Also with regards to the PSA digital rectal exam referrred to in the previous post. I too offer the same service at no charge but it depends on who SHE is

I think you'd have better luck getting an authenticity opinion from Andre... even today.

I meant like who he is as a person, not to knock on the people who unfortunately invested a lot on his opinion.

I understand what you mean, but that person knows exactly what he is doing and has taken advantage of the unknowing and unsuspecting for years and probably for a lot of money .
He is not a joke, he saw a way to make a bundle of money, we all know how, and he jumped at it, ethics be damned.

Richard,

Have you or do you know anyone who has had any interactions with Chris Morales himself? I have never seen any write-ups, interviews, etc....only Certs and that same cheesy picture.

Yes, I have seen interviews. which are very flattering he sites his experience as a basis for his knowledge of authentication I think it was a few years ago and he was 21 or 22. He's probably much older now

Rumor has it Morales is using the microscope to look for the last shred of his dignity. He's still looking.

I don't recall seeing anything.
Though he did come onto Net54 to answer a question from Shelly and he did get involved, for a little while, in the longest thread ever on 54.
