Default 1984 Bowie Kuhn FDC's w/Autographs

I am trying to find out more info on these FDC's. Are these auto'd or stamped?

None are close to looking authentic, IMHO. Stay away!

They were in a consignment of older material and could not find anything on the origin of them. I suspected if I could not find any others offered they were probably bad.
