Default Assistance, please on identifying signature - 1940s MLB Executives ball

I'd appreciate any assistance identifying a signature on a multi-signed ball from the late 1940s or so. It's the bottom autograph on the side panel below Leo Durocher & AB Chandler. It appears to be either Jerry or maybe Tony Rectinger or similar. Unfortunately, it's also the lightest signature on the ball.

The overall theme of the ball was MLB executives, and I believe it was 1948 due to the short overlap with signers Fred Saigh (Cardinals owner), Bucky Walters (Reds manager) and James Gallagher (Cubs GM). Of course, this panel could have been completed at a different time.

Anyone know and what his tie to the baseball was? Thanks, Jim.

Still no luck deciphering this signature yet. Have googled Reisinger, Risenger, Rosinger, Rectinger.. driving me nuts, lol.

Any random guesses welcomed - never know, right?

Thanks.

Jim
