Is there a better bargain to be had than mid grade vintage football? I'm trying to get this board rolling but it's really slow.

Joe,

The 59's got me started collecting vintage. My neighbor gave me a '59 Preston Carpenter in 1980 along with a 1961 Fleer Milt Plum (I still have both of the cards). To date the '59 set is the only pre-1978 set that I have completed. A couple of my favorites:

It may not continue. I can't load any more cards the way I was taught because my memory is full. I can't figure out how to delete them and I cannot figure out how to use photobucket.

Modern technology is killing me.

Jim

I think there's a bunch of ugly cards in this set, but the Brown card makes up for them.
