Default Thoughts on a couple of Postcards

Looking for any thoughts on these two postcards. First is a team card from Hatchville, Wisconsin...appears to me to be an integrated team, including a female player at the far left.

The second card is a RPPC of a band of clowns standing in a ballpark. The sign mentions Washington Park, I'm trying to determine if this is Washington Park, Brooklyn. Any thought would be appreciated.

on the second card, can you make out the words above? _____ German ____ Bank? It might be a clue.

My first thought is that there must have been many Washington Parks and this image looks more rural than urban to me. But hey, I suppose Brooklyn was rural once upon a time.

I think the second card says US Stars German Silver Band. Not sure what that means.
