Default 1963 Cleveland Indians Auto help requested

Im wondering if anyone here can provide some help with identifying an autograph on a ball signed in I believe 1963. Story goes that the previous owner played little league ball as a 6 yr old in Warrensville Heights, Ohio in 1963 and some Indian players came to the end of a practice to give tips and autographs. Clearly identified on the ball are Joe Azcue, Vic Davalillo, Jim "Mudcat Grant", and a mystery player or coach named Eddie ????. See attached scan. I looked on several historical websites with roster information and cannot make a match with either players or coaches or managers on either the 1963 or 1964 team.

Also on the ball is a beautiful full ballpoint pen signature of HOFer Elmer Harrison Flick (!) who lived 2 housed down from the 6 yr old and would occassionally come to practices and give the kids tips in 1963 as well. Any help with this would be extremely appreciated. Thanks in advanced.
