Default SGC submission question

Posted By: Lentel

I sent a submission to SGC it was delivered Wed at noon and signed for by one of their reps. As of today they have not posted it recieved and when I called they could not find it. How long does it take for them to post a submission as recieved. Has anyone ever experience this before?
thanks

My first submission was very similar. I called them after a few days and they "did not see it". Several days later, I called back and it was safe and sound. I attribute it to pure volume and not poor service. The second time I submitted, I just hung in there, trying to be patient.

Default SGC submission question

I'd guess this happens to me half the time, but I don't submit that many cards. The good thing is that every time the posting of cards received has been delayed, the date posted has been actually when the cards were received and not when the receipt was posted. So I wouldn't be surprised if your cards get posted next week with a received date of Feb. 4 or 5.

Hi,

Just wanted to stop in and say that as Ken and Rob pointed out, your order will be posted to our site early in the week. We experienced a huge influx of orders last week as customers got in their last minute January special orders. We prioritize quicker service level orders and strive to enter everything into the system as soon as possible.

The turnaround clock starts ticking from Feb 4 which is when your order was received, so you don't have to worry about losing any days while it is not entered in our system.

Please feel free to e-mail Michael or me and we will notify you personally when your order is entered.

Thanks,

Brian Dwyer
