Default Toploader Sizes?

What size toploader should I be looking for for smaller cards like '41 Play Ball? I have seen them around, but I don't know what they are called or their size. Thanks.

Are these toploaders for your personal collection or are you using them to send to PSA/SGC?

I just use the regular 3x4 ones with a penny sleeve for everything that's going in a toploader.(Unless it's a tall card or something bigger) Keeps it nice and simple.
