Default BGS graded Star Basketball

What do you guys think about BGS graded Star Basketball cards? I know that PSA quit grading Star BB many years ago. This eBay item scares me: http://www.ebay.com/itm/231137040569

Is it an optical illusion or are the borders thin?

Here's another eBay item for comparison: http://www.ebay.com/itm/400678349363

Well, I must say, that is an impressive contrast there in border difference. I recently posted a thread regarding my Star Jordan and how I was upset they wouldn't grade it but after seeing that, i'm almost glad. Those two cards have less in common than T206's and 1943 M&P Co's do!

If I had to guess though, I would think the first one is real, the second one isn't however, I wouldn't put money on it..
