Photo ID help please

excuse the sloppy white out..haha. Just am hoping to get ID on the players to help someone out who has a collectible shop I just visited and wants to sell this old photo. I think I know two but didn't want to be a fool on the third or if Im wrong on one of the others. THANK U ALL

I would like to see a hi-res of that face before concluding he is Hartnett. Also, he seems kind of thin and small.

I don't believe Hartnett ever wore that uniform style (1943 or later) as a player or coach for the Cubs.

Image is from either 1947 or 48...at Wrigley Field in Chicago.

Left - Cubs coach Billy Jurges
Middle - Reds player Augie Galan
Right - Cubs coach Milt Stock
