Default Ardath boxers: difference between G.S. And others

I noticed some sellers referring to Ardath cards with a G.S. series designation as rare. Does anyone have more info on this?

If it's referring to the Photocards series with Max Baer in it, this is definitely anecdotal but I know I've seen much fewer of these, then the series with Joe Louis, Max Schmeling, etc... in them.

Louis is in G.S. too; I have one. Only one I've seen. "Seconds Out" reports it as a 1938 issue but no further exposition. I was hoping to get some idea of comparative difficulty, price multiplier, etc.

Is it the same pose as this one with a different back, or completely different?

Forgive me, still have most of my reference books packed away and can't find the Louis example you're referring to online.
