Question If the Nationals were in Baltimore, would you go???

In light of all the riots and what not, I am not sure I would ever go to a show in Baltimore.....

I'd go with no hesitation, other than the usual how am I going to afford this?

You are a brave man then. I am sure all the recent stuff going on over their is going to hurt tourism.

It isn't exactly complete calm in Cleveland now either, and Chicago is among the leaders in murder by hand gun most years. Still, no danger is too great to keep me from those PSA 10 refractor, game-used, heritage, chromeized, certified, autographed, 1 of 1 future stars with miscut backs, missing ink and Factory 42 overprints.

I recall, i once was down in Jacksonville Fl, and while chatting at a local breakfast place, Some cops told us to dont stop at the stop signs, if there are people standing nearby. They will do a bust a window type snatch & grab. And this from the local cops. Theres crime hidden everywhere.

I'd much rather it be in Baltimore since I can easily drive there. My car would probably be stolen now, but that's another issue. I went to the National when it was in Baltimore a few years ago and loved it.

Things have changed drastically between then and now. I am not so sure the Mayor thought things clearly when she gave orders to give rioters "space to destroy".

As an active member of Law Enforcement for over 30 years I would never spend another dime in that City nor would I let my family do the same. What the Mayor did to local Law Enforcement is a disgrace and I predict that the City of Baltimore will never recover.

I was only meaning I'd rather Baltimore because it's 1.5 hrs from my house. I personally would rather it be in Washington, DC or Richmond, VA.

Chicago is by the airport and in the suburbs. Not related at all to downtown issues.
