Network54 Type Card Collection

With all of the recent OT posts and Barry Bonds this and that I thought a thread to showcase some of our hobbies rarities and treasures wouldn’t be out of line. We have had a few of these in the past but not recently and since the last there have been many new board members so I thought another type collection post was not out of line. So below is a checklist of some of them. In it is a list of N cards, T cards, E cards, a few un-cataloged sets, and even a few R cards. Lets see how close we can come to completing the list. Post a few if you got them then I will go back and edit my post marking it off the checklist. I added some very tough cards and some relatively easy cards. This will be fun to see.

N Cards
*1886 N167 old Judge
*1887 Gypsy Queens-small or large
1887 N690 Kalamazoo Bats
*1887 N693 Kalamazoo Bats Team cards
*1888 N132 S.F. Hess California League
*1888 N338-1 or 2*, California League or Major League
1893 Just So Tobacco

E Cards
*1910 E97 Black and White
*1910 E99 or 1911 E100 Bishops
*1910 E107 Breisch Williams
1910 E98 Old Putt stamping on back
**1910 E125 American Caramel Large Diecuts
1910 E222 A.W.H. Caramels
***1911 E104 Nadja Caramels Type one*, Two*, or Three*
*1912 E270-1 Colgan’s Red Borders
1914 E224-1 or 2 Texas Tommy

T Cards
*1910 T209-1 Color or Type 2 Black and White
*1910 T211 Old Mill
1911 T217 Mono
*1911 T216-Either three backs, Mino, Virginia Extra, or Kotton*
*1915 T214 Victory Tobacco

R Cards
*1933 R300 George C. Miller
*1933 R317 Uncle Jacks
*1933 R306 Butter Creams
1936 Overland Candy

UNC Card
*1869 Peck and Snyder
1887 Four Base Hits
*1910 Orange Borders
*1911 Baseball Bats
*1913 Voskamp’s
*1933 Worch Cigar

Cabinets
T4 Obak Cabinet
**T5 Pinkerton Cabinet

I know a few of these are very tough but lets see how far we can get. What better way to get back on topic then post pictures of our rarest type cards and fill out the network54 type card collection. I’ll get the ball rolling with a few 1913 Voskamp’s and 1911 Baseball Bats.

I put a star by each set to symbolize that an example has been posted. However if you have one you want to post that already has feel free to. It's all about the cards !

Wow, great cards. Thanks for posting the Welch Patrick.

Here is all that is needed left.

1914 E224-1 or 2 Texas Tommy

1911 T217 Mono

1936 Overland Candy

I guess I never knew how tough Overland Candies really were since their design has really never interested me. Three more, lets see them !

Ya know what Glyn... I think you got the best end of deal... i don;t personally have kids, but I have a one year olg nephew... I spend as much time with him as possible... I just love the little kid... and the funny thing is, before his arrival I would have been adamantly opposed to having kids myself... now... i would be open to it when the right lady enters my life.
