Help identifying Griffey Jr cards please

Wrong section of Net54, but to answer you question (sorta) when I collected Rickey Henderson cards seriously over a decade ago, these were identified as 1991 Anonymous Gold Border. Not much help I know, but I don’t think anyone has attributed these to any manufacturer. The 4 Henderson cards had the same style back as your Griffeys with “939!” Overprinted on back to signify his SB record.

They're refered to generically as "Broders" cards. They were/are unlicensed, and are essentially worthless.
