Tony,
My first impression is no. The autograph appears to be "drawn" to look like Tiger's sig.

I concur with Scott. It was my understanding by the late 90's/early 00's Tiger was not signing golf balls. I am unsure if this has changed or not as I havent really been collecting golf sigs for quite some time.

That is his late 90's/early 00's signature variation. Any idea when this ball was supposedly signed? Most authentic Tiger balls I have seen have not looked this good. They have an even shorter version of this early signature.

I believe the signature is authentic too. It appears to be very nicely signed and matches what most good ones look like. I agree with the dating too.
