Default F/S 1850's-60's Baseball Bat

F/S 1850’s-60’s Early Baseball Bat

Offered is an early baseball/townball bat with a fantastic bulbous mushroom like knob and a rare slanted barrel end.

Beautiful rich patina to the bat which has not been restored/polished.

I am not quite sure how much to ask so highest offer takes the bat.

Default Bat

Are there any markings of any type on the bat? On the knob or barrel? What you have looks to be an old railroad tool handle, types of which were often used for bats back then. I have two of them, both with railroad stampings on them, with the same type of knob and oval shaped barrels.
