Default Grand Opening of Grand Slam Bids!

We are pleased to announce the Grand Opening of the production version of Grand Slam Bids, Inc! www.GrandSlamBids.com is a self service auction site for hobbyists. We are very excited to bring this viable alternative to fruition.

Some of the things that make Grand Slam Bids a better option are:
  1. Much more reasonable fee schedule.
  2. On line payments are optional, not mandatory.
  3. Both sellers and buyers can leave feedback.
  4. All bidder IDs will be known in each auction after it closes.
  5. Far less fraud. We will be closely monitoring listings and will not tolerate fraud.
  6. Fakes/reprints and cutouts will not be in the regular card sections.
  7. Hobbyists that understand the business will run the site.
  8. Focus on only sports collectibles, cards and other non-sports cards.

Over the last three months of beta testing we have fine tuned the site and added features to it, including:
  • A robust searching and filtering system so you can find what you want, and only what you want.
  • Integration with VintageCardPrices.com so newly listed items and results show in their system.
  • A bulk auto lister so that many listings can be imported from other sources quickly.

In conjunction with the Grand Opening, we are running promotional pricing; it is almost free to list items and if you have over 100 items to list, contact us for the listings to be made completely free (except for low final value fees). Please continue to contact us with any ideas or feedback that you have to improve Grand Slam Bids.

Best regards,
Matt and Leon
