I've been trying to switch out the background on the site, maybe a bit too often. The current one is a group of E-Unc. "Baseball Bats" of Bridwell, Carrigan, Davis, Doyle, and Needham. The puzzling one it replaced was made of two photos of the 1908 Brooklyn Dodgers climbing on elephants (no, not kidding) from the inestimable Vintage Ball site of Robert S. Check it out if you haven't been by yet.

If you have any good ideas for backgrounds (oddities preferred), please send the scans on to me. B&W works best.

Bill

Thanks guys but I wiped out my hard drive about 1 1/2 months ago and haven't gotten the scanner drivers loaded again yet. Guess I am too cheap to buy winzip to unzip them. Thanks for the thoughts though. BTW, Dan....you have more cards than I that I would like to see....how bout them Alpha's or Baltimore News cards ? I've been too busy to post much lately also....but I did make my reservation today, at the Sheraton, for the National. Will be there from Wed to Sun..... see ya'll there....later

Thanks to Leon's generosity, we have a new forum background: Western Playground cards of (in order) Daley, Coy, Christian, Castleton and Carlisle. I'll make the full scans available when I have a chance.
