Not sure on the Kelly, But the Wagner looks as it is one of those white cuts that turn up that resemble a copy of a 1977 Jim Rowe 4 on 1.

I personally believe these are cut from exhibits that were given away at a show. I have heard these reprints are from 1980, but have not seen firm evidence. I do not consider them old enough to have been around for Honus to have signed. The Rowes were 3 1/4 by 5 1/2, so if yours is anywhere near half that (1 5/8 x 2 3/4 roughly with that cut) you have a partial exhibit. Your's looks as it will be larger as it was cut with all the borders up to the neighboring photos. Maybe closer to 2x3".

The George Kelly appears to be a 1925-31 W590.

Kelly: W590, no opinion on the signature
Wagner: 1977 Jim Rowe with a fake autograph.

At least your copy is not yellow. I looked and couldn't find anything that was period. Maybe post it in the autograph section. There are some experts over there.

If this is a cut from a Rowe card, it doesn't matter if the geniuses at PSA gave it a full cert--it is an anachronism. Wags died 22 years before Rowe issued his set. Now, I've never seen a Rowe card except in yellow but I've also never seen that particular 4 on 1 Wagner except on a Rowe card. If I had to bet on it I'd rather wager that the posted item is a reprint of the Rowe card with a fake autograph than some undiscovered issue predating Wagner's death.

I hold alittle hope (as I have never seen it with a white background) that is it an original pre death card but as everyone says- it matches the picture in the 1977 Rowe and was cut probably from a 4 on 1. Sig looks like it is a later signature. if the sig is fake there are probably many other fake late in life Wagners slabbed out there, unfortunately.
I doubt RR will refund my $ since it has a full PSA and no one has found a white version of the card to prove the claim
I had already posted in the autograph section. Responses were similar.
Sometimes I hate autograph collecting when stuff like this happens.
