I don't think so. For the Globetrotters, you might find a card-like team issue but the only things I know of are regular photos like this:

As someone stated the Globetrotters will have some team issue type of "card".
Robert Mcdermott has an exhibit card. Many the of the above are members of the great Phillip 66er team which has a LOT of guides, programs, team issue newsletter but never released a "card" or something similar much to my surprise. I think JACK MCCRACKEN is in some modern type sets put out by Indiana. All of the top of my head if I have time I can look around as I have a lot of items from this era.
